Align the specification
Record model, material, dimensions, finish, accessories and sample version. A lower price may reflect a different specification rather than a better offer.
Compare the full packing unit
Request units per carton, carton measurements, net and gross weight, and any pallet requirements. Bulky products need a volume comparison as well as a unit price.
Keep commercial terms visible
Compare currency, quotation validity, order quantity, sample or tooling charges, payment stages and delivery responsibilities. Separate one-off costs from repeat-order costs.
Record what is still unknown
Mark missing documents, unconfirmed timing and unresolved quality questions. Use a short follow-up list before treating a quote as ready for an order.
